While I agree the Friends line is overly colorful, I finally gave in to Botanical Gardens. I bought 2 sets during double points weekend. I got my delivery the day before you posted it to YouTube. Perfect timing.

A wel deserved pat on the back for you! And 10 long issues besides what you're doing on youtube and facebook.

But also on the fact how honest you are. I can see the trouble critizing work knowing the backgrounds. Knowing the practice makes you understand things better. At the other hand, you must stay critic. Even when you work for Lego or any other company. That's how Lego managed to survive.

You're wake-up call is not only for yourself, but for everyone. Lego is invented nót to look at just one possibility. That's the power(?) of the brand. But, as we get older we lose something of that. And that's why I loved looking at my nephew while building the Lego 30340. After almost every step he picked it up and saw it as an airplane or a car. It was creativity in the most purest way you can imagine. Almost magical.

Perhaps Lego designers are more child then other adults. I mean: The way they use parts can be absurd magical to. For exemple the painters pallete as leaves in the water. So simple but yet brilliant. I enjoy those things in Lego. The creativity.. wow.

And to end this comment: Congratulations to the winner of the Give away! Enjoy the castle!

I love your videos and this newsletter - thanks for all the effort you put into it! Re: The Orient Express, I'm not into trains but I watched your review. It was so surprising that there were SO MANY stickers for a licensed $300 set!
